It will develop in the bottle for 8 to 12 years. The commune of Savigny ls Beaune is in the north of the Cte de Beaune and produces 90% red wines. Les Vergelesses is located on the sloping hillside of Bois Nol, near the Pernand vineyards, facing south on light, well draining soils. The Pinot Noir grapes are fermented in vats for up to 4 weeks, and
