But the taste is mineral with pronounced saline, slate, and sun warmed flint. Watermelon and pineapple on a palate. Straw yellow color on the lighter side. On the nose rather subtle with hints of elderflower and honey. On the palette it hits with fresh acidity with flavors of kiwi, honey, mint and peach like finish.
