Hazelburn 15 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured 55.8% 2023 Release 70cl Central Otago producing 1260 bottlesThe 2023 release of the Hazelburn 15 has been 100% matured in sherry casks. It has produced a whisky with an aroma of cherry menthol, red cola, date syrup and black forest gateaux that over time in the glass develops to soft fudge and caramel notes. The palate is rich yet balanced on the palate, there are notes of toffee apple, leather bound books and demerara sugar with creme brulee.
