Rosato marmalade & elderflowerFrom the alluvial granite soils on our Severn River vineyard, a wine to make Tuscan girls blush the colour of this Rosato. Made solely from virgin free run juice at the wine press and fermented in aged French oak barriques. Toast to a long lunch with this wine and enjoy it with a goat cheese and smoked salmon souffl on the table.
