Ginrosa Aperitivo Wine Bar | Featured Red A blend of Pinot NoirAn Italian aperitivo created in 1885 by Annunziata Bourn, a pioneering Piedmontese philanthropist, in a small laboratory behind a bar in Milan's Piazza San Babila. What makes Ginrosa notable is its claim to be entirely naturalno artificial colorants, which is unusual in a category dominated by bright red and orange dyes.
