Controlled fermentation and aging in French and American oak barriques for 12 months give the wine deep purple color, fruity aromas of blackberry, plum and sour cherry, spicy aromas of black pepper, cloves and nutmeg and sweet aromas of chocolate, caramel and nuts. On the palate, it has full and round body, balanced acidity,
