The style is typified by fresh stone fruit, redcurrant, crme brle, and nutty aromas with high pitched aniseed and floral grape spirit notes. A sweet, mellow palate with nutty apricot and currant flavours, chalky textures, fine spirit and plenty of lingering flavour, depth and length. A classic commercial tawny style. With a minimum average blended age of three years, this wine is classified as an Australian Tawny.
