Springbank 21 Year Old 2025 Release 70cl Slingsby Pinot Noir grapes are gentlyThe 2025 release of the Springbank 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky from Campbeltown on the West coast of Scotland has been matured in a mixture of wood. 65% ex port, 25% ex bourbon, 5% ex sherry and 5% ex rum. This characterful dram opens with aromas of Medjool dates and sticky toffee pudding, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest, all gently framed by lingering peat smoke. On the palate, the smoke deepens alongside
