Cultivated in groves on the 'Snake Island' of Chios, these trees are milked of their resin which dried, hanging like crystal teardrops before being harvested. This is a spirit with beguiling rose aromas and crisp flavour notes of cypress and bergamot, Axia is a unique mix of centuries old tradition and provocative new ideas.
