Les 3 Bonhommes MC VDF Red 2020 Size:750ml Terry had always been impressedThis wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir from a tiny, biodynamically farmed plot of 40 years old vines on clay limestone and volcanic soils. Natural fermentation takes place with carbonic maceration, which helps to emphasize freshness and electric fruit, the wine is then bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulfur. Notes of dried figs and red forest fruits, with balsamic overtones and herbal freshness.
