The cool climate and abundance of fog is the perfect growing condition for Pinot. Cranberry, cherry, tobacco, leather, toast, strawberry, smoke. In 2016 the Toad Hollow team sought out a growing region that exemplified our standard for a juicy, mouth filling Pinot Noir. We felt that the flavor profile from Monterey County
