Boerenerf Beau Et Joli Style_Saison A session strength version ofFor this Beau et Joli cuve, we worked hand in hand with Marc from Chteau de Durette. The Gamay grapes, harvested at optimal ripeness in 2023, were carefully vinified and then aged in tank to preserve their freshness and fruity brilliance. The wine was then blended with our lambic, allowing it to merge with the lively and distinctive character of our lambic. For this blend we chose mainly 2 year old lambics with plenty of structure and mouthfeel to
