Clemens Busch Mosel Riesling Marienburg Spatlese 2023 NO20231108 The significant proportion of TauxièresA Spatlese in the classic Mosel sense: riper grapes, a little more sweetness, but kept perfectly in line by racy acidity. This comes off Clemens Busch's storied Marienburg hill in Punderich, farmed biodynamically from old vines on slate. It's a beautifully balanced, mid weight Riesling where honeyed orchard fruit and citrus play against that signature stony tension, so the sweetness reads as juicy rather than heavy. Lovely now while it's bright and
