Omnipollo × Trillium KANELBULLAR Style_Christmas Beer three- and four-year old lambicA Swedish fika classic turned imperial stout. Inspired by the cinnamon roll (kanelbulle), this beer channels the warmth of butter, cinnamon, and cardamom, baked into the soul of Scandinavian coffee culture. A collaboration originally brewed with Boston based Trillium, known for their mastery of both hoppy and dark beers, this updated version is crafted at the church using a base of multi year bourbon barrel aged imperial stout. Infused with fresh
