Ashford provides two types of heddle hooks, a double ended nylon hook and a metal hook with a nylon handle. Nylon: Made from strong but flexible acetal nylon, this hook has a thicker end that works as a sley hook for sleying the reed, and a narrow end for threading the heddles. Great for rigid heddle looms where the reed has both slots and holes to thread.
