Marchand-Tawse Savigny 1er Cru Lavieres "Vignes Tawse" 2023 Bottle:1 but fine in the mouthThis is drawn from a couple of parcels on the south side of the commune towards Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin. In 2023, 35% whole bunch gives the fruit a bright, crystalline, sapid quality, reminiscent of cranberries and pomegranates. There is some brambly, structural tannins typical of the village on display.
