Anima Negra Quibia 2015 Bottle:12 Vivacé is bubbly and easy-drinkingThe exact recipe varies every year (of course!), but in general the wine is a blend of Premsal and Callet grapes fermented in cement vats and stainless steel tanks followed by several months of lees aging. This white is light but has energy and focus, delivering intriguing flavors that build on the palate, with peach, quince, jasmine and mineral notes mingling over fresh tangerine acidity. Subtle but expressive. Callet, Premsal Blanc and Gir Ros.
