It is named after the natural underground water reservoirs, known as cenotes, that were sacred to the ancient Mayan civilization. The tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills and then rested for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavors to fully develop. The result is a smooth and crisp tequila with notes of citrus,
