Produced in Nantou County from the Four Seasons (si ji chun) cultivar, this Dong Pian is amazingly balanced and beautifully floral. Often, early si ji chun harvests are very intensely floral, but when it is sufficiently oxidized as in this production the leaves mellow and sweeten a bit to produce a truly exceptional cup that
