Flavors of strawberry and licorice dominate. Great acidity and well balanced tannins leading to a crisp finish. Cherries all the way! Try with guinea fowl with savoy cabbage, prunes, and Madeira sauce, rabbit with mustard and cream, or a slice of Camembert cheese.
