I am not quite sure what it's from but KB4 & KD4 is my best guess at this time

939 CUP dimension (standard-diameter of bearing cup / diameter of seat where cup sits)

Appears to be generally used on GM V6 Vortec engines 1997-2007 (So possibly some MerCruiser models as well)
