The cognac is aged in Limousin oak for over 10 years in our humid cellar which brings roundness and suppleness to the blend Bottled at natural strength

Lots of honeyed stone fruit coming through alongside the more tropical notes thanks to the finish – sure to make some top cocktails

A blend of natural citrus fruit flavors and fine Spanish white wine

but the advantage is the altitude at which this vineyard grows which brings a bit of a reduction of moisture stress
