Definitely smokier and spicier than the Montana, the Reserva de la Biosfera shows lots of spicy herbs, tree bark, foresty woods, black pepper, and an unexpectedly pretty floral note. This ridiculously small batch is a blend of Marmorata and Macrocantha agaves, ultra rare varietals that present a flavor profile which, like the Montana, is difficult to
