Darling Sonoma Coast Syrah Den Chosta 2023 SPBURGUNDY 70% Chardonnay 16% Pinot NoirTom and Ashley Darling craft this Syrah with unbridled passion from some of the Sonoma Coast's most renowned cool climate sites. Grapes are hand crushed and whole cluster fermented with natural yeasts, capturing the tension between ripe fruit and vibrant acidity that defines coastal Syrah. Dark stone fruit, white pepper, and a mineral driven finish that sings of the region's windswept terroir.
