The piece can turn left, right, up and down from the wall bracket position. The length of the lamp can easily adjusted with the scissor mechanism. The lamp requires an E27 26 (standard) lightbulb and currently has an EU plug (works outside EU with plug converter). [Condition] Good. The lamp is still looking great. It has some minor user wear here and there, see last pictures.
