Taste is dry and warm with soft tannins and a finish of licorice and red and black fruits. Soft and elegant with notes of raspberries and a velvety finish that lingers on the palate. Pairs well with pasta dishes, penne with tomato and sausages, roast turkey, sausage and peppers, meatloaf, and burgers. Type: 70% Merlot, 30% Pinot Noir.
