Domaine Chanson Rully 2022 75cl Mendes & Symington offering exceptional quality at anRully is a white wine from the heart of the Cte Chalonnaise, where the local terroirs are especially suited to Chardonnay, thanks to their rich clay and limestone soils. Production After a gentle pressing, the wine undergoes vinification and is aged for 12 to 14 months in oak casks (demi muids), with a moderate proportion of new oak. The cellars, dating back to the 15th century, provide optimal conditions for maturation, allowing the wine to develop
