Antique Sapphire and Diamon Crescent Conversion Pendant of 18k Gold gift for nurse The reverse is stamped “14kAn elegant crescent moon pendant studded with sapphire and diamond stars. The piece was originally an 18k gold brooch (circa 1900) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail. The piece measures 1. 4 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in very good condition with light surface wear. Materials: 14k gold, Diamond, sapphire.
