Dominique Laurent Bourgogne Cuvee Numero 1 2017 Color:Red It smells of cereal rightBrilliant, a bit dull, purplish red, medium body, light disk, youthful bouquet, mint, acacia, red currant, plum, dried fig, fresh acidity, dry, astringent tannins, medium aftertaste, supple. Fruity little Pinot noir. Mellow without any harshness at the finish. Thoroughly enjoyable, although probably wouldn't stand up to big food.
