On festive occasions, the space is decorated with kolam (ornate patterns drawn on the floor by hand using rice flour). For the 'Oley' cufflinks, I specifically brought together visual elements from burner heads and the sikku kolam motif, where a single line forms a seemingly endless knot with no beginning or end.
