It is then matured in a combination of first and refill bourbon casks which delivers a soft fruity character with creamy vanilla and wisps of smoke. Aromas of clove, vanilla and blackcurrant. The palate is sweet with tangy peat, green apple, lime citrus and aniseed nuances.
