James Bryant Hill Pinot Noir 2018 Color:Red Dry and richOur Pinot Noir has a lush and silky texture with raspberry aromas that lead into bright currant and cherry flavors and a long finish. With delicate notes of vanilla and sweet oak, it pairs deliciously with roast chicken, lamb chops, pork loin, grilled tuna and mild sausages. Its hard to find a reasonable and delicious Pinot Noir, but sometimes we run into. Not imitating Bourgogne, very Montereyish fruitiness with subtle oak flavor amplifies elegance.
