It spends a little time in oak to smooth out the edges, and makes it perfect for everyday drinking. It has flavors of red berries, with a little vanilla and spice. It comes from the Sutil family, who started making wine in the Colchagua Valley in Chile over 25 years ago. They are dedicated to preserving the land, and are leaders in sustainability. This is my go to for burgers, pizza, roast chicken, and pasta.
