Made through wild fermentation and aged in old French oak, it showcases this alternative style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Cloudy Bays winemakers sourced the 2016's grapes from some of the oldest vines in four select vineyards, during one of Marlboroughs driest seasons. The result is a wine of zesty, tropical aromas and a concentrated, complex palate.
