Four tender layers of hazelnut and chocolate sponge are held together with a chocolate and hazelnut buttercream; all encased in a final layer of chocolate ganache. A small 7" cake serves 8 people; a large 9" cake serves 14. Writing can be added using White chocolate to compliment the colour of the cake.
