Alipus San Juan Mezcal Brandy and then filled into anotherArtisanal mezcal produced with 100% Espadn hand harvested from the Oaxaca Valley plains. Roasted in a stone lined pit at ground level, milled using a horse pulled millstone, fermented in 2,500 litre pine vats and double distilled in copper stills. 1,600 bottles were produced. Bottled at 47. 5%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Caramel, roasted maguey, citrus, spices and herbs. Palate: Herbal and mineral notes. Light, rugged flavours. Finish: Fresh acidity
