A gorgeous and majestic scene at sunset

I was driving when I noticed this huge animal out of the corner of my eye come running from the opposite side of the road right at my SUV

A few plants of maximilian sunflowers are in full bloom as the early morning sunlight begins to illuminate the golden flowers at Wildflower Park in Northern Illinois

PEACE OF MIND WILDFLOWER LAKE (689-3745)After receiving 2 3 inches of snow during the morning hours, I set out to photograph this recent snowfall along Eakin Creek West on this Sunday afternoon. The temperature was in the mid 20's with a mild wind of 5 8 mph. It was mostly overcast with some sun breaks. The soft lighting during this time made for some nice images of the box elder trees and their reflections onto Eakin Creek West. (685 3443)
