Lulu Vigneron Côtes du Jura Pinot Noir 2022 Savagnin and Serradenari yields a BaroloThe Wine This is not the Pinot Noir you know it's an ancient strain of Pinot Noir that originates from the Jura, also known as Savagnin Noir. There are only 2 parcels of this rare grape in the region, including this plot located in Le Vernois with calcareous and marn soils. Here we see some of Pinot's sous bois flavors red fruit, black tea and cocoa alongside delicate minerality. 100% whole bunch fermentation resulting in a dense but high toned Pinot.
