This whisky is exclusively matured in first fill Oloroso sherry oak casks from the Jerez region of Spain. The aroma of dried fruits, apricots, burning matches, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon. Notes of fruit cake, raisins, plums, figs, and nougat. Slight hints of vanilla and coconut. Finishes with notes of orange marmalade, espresso beans, and chocolate.
