Reporting to the SHE Manager, the successful candidate will among other duties be required to: Ensure that all ISO procedures are documented and followed Ensure timely reporting on ISO practice in the workplace Check that employees are conversant with all ISO procedures and assist them where necessary Ensure that sectional ISO audits are conducted within the planned time and that all corrective actions in case of non-conformities are done within specified time Prepare a gap analysis between customer demanded Sustainable Tobacco Programs (STP) roadmaps and actuals on the ground to determine action plans Identify training needs depending on non-conformances observed in the course of running the systems Coordinate relevant internal training programs Attend to STP and ISO related audits
