Hyde No.3 1987 Palate: A burst of maltHyde No. 3 is a 6yo triple distilled, single grain Irish whiskey matured in first fill ex bourbon casks. As is common nowadays for several Irish whiskey brands, Hyde do not have their own distillery, but source their whiskey from other Irish producers (in this case, Cooley).
