14k Gold Amethyst & Diamond Heart Ring | Antique Pin Conversion Ring yellow enamel charm This exceptional bleeding heart broochThis romantic amethyst and diamond crowned heart ring was originally a vintage brooch (circa 1910 1920) that our jeweler transformed by removing the heart and adding a split 14k gold band. The ring features a faceted deep purple amethyst surmounted by a diamond studded crown. Both the heart and band are 14k gold and in excellent condition. The ring is currently a size 7, but can be re sized free of charge. Materials: Amethyst, Gold.
