Marc Hebrart Premier Cru Selection Champagne Welsh Nose: An inviting nose whereProduced from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir (Mareuil sur Ay, Avenay) and 30% Chardonnay (Bisseuil, Mareuil Sur Ay) grapes for the Marc Hebrart Premier Cru Selection Champagne are harvested from vineyards planted more than 40 years ago. Each parcel of grapes is vinified separately and gently pressed using a Bucher press. Fermentation occurs in glass lined stainless steel and ceramic tanks. Some older vine parcels undergo barrel fermentation and indigenous
