it’s naturally less fine and elegant

is a great example of the modern school of Barolo

it's focused and long on the finish

pungent earth and plenty of sauvage character

I like the balance and the delivery and though the finish isn’t especially complex

Vincent Gaudry, Pour Vous Size:6x750ml it’s naturally less fine andWhat I most like about the 2021 Pour Vous is its distinctive vintage character. It is a powerful, driven style, not full of generosity. It has menthol and green flavor characteristics with a just starting to develop toasty character. With its almost fierce nature and what seems like some phenolics, this is one to consider aging. The 2021 would pair well with fully flavored ingredients.
