this is a reminder of winter just being around the corner

Walking back to the area my car was parked I noticed the curve of the lake and trees in the elements which I thought would be the perfect opportunity to capture a winter scene in City Park to compliment the scenes from the other Denver parks

I looked across the Gastineau Channel and noticed the low clouds on Douglas Island with the fresh snow from some rain which had fallen earlier in the day on the peaks

As the sun went down I headed to the front of the ship and took some long exposures as we sailed along Vancouver Island

I found the facade of the building led to the Crain Communications Building at Michigan and Randolph

Treadwell Pump House in the Winter Building this is a reminder ofOne winter while in Juneau I headed out to Treadwell on a Sunday afternoon. Treadwell is an old mining area on Douglas Island across from downtown Juneau.
