This picture from Reno was taken in 2011 when the area was getting plenty of moisture including nearby Lake Tahoe with record snowfall

The architecture of the canopy over the tracks is quite interesting and on a sunny day I headed down to this area

There are actually two domes within the building itself

Even with the wind I headed out to the Malecon and was treated to the waves crashing against the seawall

Climbing the 268 steps to get to the statue as it looks out above you is an amazing experience

Rocky Mountain Lake Park Size:20"x30" This picture from Reno wasWith the final preparations for the First Friday Art Walk at the gallery nrc I was able to sneak out for just a little while when dropping off some packages at FedEx. On the way back I stopped by Rocky Mountain Lake Park and walked near the lake. With some nice afternoon sunlight and the change of seasons on a nice fall day in Denver, I photographed near the lake.
