Capital Gin Pink Lady TBWC Nose: An inviting bouquet unfoldsDistilled in Pretoria, this small batch, triple distilled hand crafted gin is made with a selection of seven botanicals, including hibiscus, thyme, vanilla and grapefruit. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Fragrant floral and citrus, sweet but grounded. Palate: Thyme shines here and balances the sweetness from the vanilla. Juniper takes a backseat here, well balanced. Finish: Smooth Hibiscus, long in length with a full vanilla finish. #GIN
