Casamigos Blanco Tequila Cambus Palate: Full and sublimely smoothCasamigos is a small batch tequila produced from 100% hand selected blue weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and aged for 7 9 years. The agave pias are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours and fermented using a special yeast blend for 80 hours. The Blanco is then rested for two months. Bottled at 40%. Nose: Hints of citrus and sweet agave. Palate: Fruit forward with notes of vanilla and grapefruit. Finish: A long smooth
