Aged 8 months between our new 800 gallon Austrian Cask and a stainless steel tank. Light yellow in color. The nose is very inviting. Hints of cut grass, melon and fresh air after a spring rain. The front of the mouth is round and leads into a medium mid pallet that is very pleasant. Our Sierra Foothills Chardonnay has to balance a warm climate. The cask helps build body
