Car Hood Building As I departed Seattle on

As I departed Seattle on a flight back to Denver I knew we would be climbing through the clouds a few minutes after takeoff based on my inbound flight a few hours earlier

This image was just prior to sunrise and as I have done in the past I let the buildings go to shadow for the most part in this image

It was waiting for that right moment to get the rays of the sun through the tree for this image

I found a good spot near Statter Harbor and watched the sunset for the evening

It was quite empty on this side of the church on a nice late summer day in the capitol city

Lining up the various lines in the same direction also brings you through the image and allows your eye to capture the various elements at each glance of the image.
